Do việc giảm giá của mã cổ phiếu DIG - Tổng Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng, Công ty Cổ phần Chứng Khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam) xin thông báo về việc bán giải chấp cổ phiếu để nâng tỷ lệ ký quỹ duy trì như sau:

Due to the decline in the price of DIG shares – Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation, Mirae Asset Securities (Viet Nam) JSC hereby announces the forced sale of shares to restore the maintenance margin ratio as follows:

• Tên khách hàng/Customer Name: LÊ THỊ HÀ THÀNH
• Cổ phiếu phải bán/Stock code to forced sale: DIG
• Mối quan hệ giữa chủ tài khoản và Công ty/Relationship between the account holder and the Company: Người có liên quan của người nội bộ/Related person of an insider
• Số lượng bán dự kiến/Expected number of shares to be force-sold: 1,500,000 cổ phiếu/shares.
• Thời điểm bán giải chấp/Expected transaction period: từ ngày 06/03/2026 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ/from March 6, 2026 until the required margin ratio is fully restored in accordance with the regulations on margin trading.

Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm công bố thông tin, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể ít hơn hoặc nhiều hơn do thay đổi giá thị trường làm thay đổi giá trị tài sản đảm bảo.

The expected number of shares forced sale is estimated at the time of information disclosure, the actual number of shares sale might be less or more due to changes in market prices affecting the value of the collateral asset.

Sau khi tiến hành bán giải chấp để nâng tỷ lệ ký quỹ duy trì theo quy định của Công ty cổ phần chứng khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam), chúng tôi sẽ thông báo về kết quả thực hiện giao dịch cho Sở giao dịch chứng khoán /Quý khách hàng theo quy định.

After carrying out the forced sale to restore the maintenance margin ratio in accordance with the regulations of Mirae Asset Securities (Viet Nam) JSC, we will notify the Stock Exchange/Customer of the transaction results in accordance with the regulations.
