Căn cứ theo Thông báo bán giải chấp số 158/2026/CV-MASHCM ngày 06/03/2026, Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam) báo cáo kết quả bán giải chấp và thông báo về việc chấm dứt thực hiện bán giải chấp chứng khoán của khách hàng là Người nội bộ/người có liên quan của Người nội bộ của Tổng Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (mã chứng khoán: DIG) như sau:

Pursuant to the Notice of forced sale No.158/2026/CV-MASHCM dated March 06, 2026, Mirae Asset Securities (Viet Nam) JSC reports the result of the forced sale and announces the termination of forced sale of securities of a customer who is an insider/a related person of an insider of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: DIG) as follows:
